The federal government established the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in 1977 to encourage banks to meet the credit needs of the communities where they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. At TCB, we are committed to meeting the financial needs of our communities, including all low and moderate income and minority areas within our footprint.
