About Us
Stronger communities start with us.
TCB is more than a place to bank—we’re part of the fabric of the communities we serve. With roots that run deep and a passion for local progress, we’re committed to building a brighter future—one relationship at a time. To us, investing means more than managing accounts; it means showing up, giving back, and helping our neighbors succeed. Whether it’s supporting small businesses, volunteering at local events, or providing financial tools for everyday life, we’re here to make a difference. Because at TCB, we’re not just in the community—we’re for it. We’re the bank that can make a difference.

Mr. Ralph A Dixon Memorial Scholarship
The Claxton Bank awards scholarships each year to two outstanding graduates of Pinewood Christian Academy and Claxton High School in the amount of $1,250 each. Since 2015, the scholarships have been awarded in memory of Mr. Ralph A Dixon, a former educator, successful local businessman and the Bank’s majority shareholder until his passing in 2014 at the age of 99. Mr Dixon was so very proud of Claxton and Evans County. He took particular pride in his investments in the area and in the lives of people who now serve and lead locally. That same spirit of investment for the future gives the Directors, Shareholders and Employees of TCB great pride in presenting these scholarships to deservings seniors.
Putting our energy where it matters most.
At TCB, community involvement isn’t limited to big initiatives or headline-making programs—it’s about showing up, day in and day out. You’ll find us at local ribbon cuttings, chamber of commerce events, school fundraisers, and small business openings—because being present matters. In 2023 alone, our team logged over 9,450 hours of community service, and that number continues to grow. We live where we serve, and we take pride in supporting the people, businesses, and organizations that make our communities thrive.
