Paul Parker

Paul E. Parker is the Vice President of Claxton Bakery, Inc., where he has provided more than five decades of leadership in operations, strategic planning, and organizational development. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Economics, he has been instrumental in supporting the growth and long‑term success of the company behind the iconic Claxton Fruit Cake.

In addition to his role at Claxton Bakery, Mr. Parker has held significant leadership positions in regional banking and commercial real estate, including service as Director and Vice Chairman of Eagle Bank and Trust, founding Director of Eagle Bancorp, Inc., and a long‑standing board member of The Claxton Bank. He also serves as Vice President of ADMP Enterprises, Inc.
